We have very broad ranging and in depth experience of a
number of international certification schemes and have
extensive experience in the UK, Europe & Middle East.

Certification Schemes have been set up as a way of detailing and monitoring how sustainable a building is. They generally have a scoring system, enabling a score and a specific rating to be achieved. As such buildings are assessed on a common scale of sustainability.

They have a broadly similar content, with some shift in priorities; you will find common ground on issues such as:

  • Energy

  • Water Efficiency

  • Materials & Resources

  • Wellbeing

  • Ecology

  • Operations

With our Thermal modelling experience for both UK Part L & ASRAE purposes, we can provide a complete service under one appointment.

And with our range of qualifications, we can provide this complete service for all major certifications if required by the development.
